Our P.I.V.O.T. Program is designed to empower small and minority-owned businesses through our Business Leadership Series, equipping them with the skills, strategies, and knowledge necessary to pursue valuable vendor opportunities at local, state, and federal levels. The program unfolds in two focused phases: Phase 1: Training – Engaging in hands-on learning about certifications, proposal writing, compliance, and procurement inclusion. Phase 2: Contracting – Connecting businesses to upcoming contract opportunities and providing 1:1 technical support to enhance their chances of winning bids. P.I.V.O.T. serves as your gateway to becoming a certified, contract-ready vendor within today's competitive procurement environment, while ensuring robust small business support.
